Be careful with what they said. One technician would lure you in with a fair price, then the final quote had been jumped another 50% without any new issues. Other facts to be considered before you reach out. -100 bucks part has been marked up to 450. -Technician hourly rate is 155/hours.

I got an oil change, had a headlight replaced and had a tire repaired. My appointment was for 8 am, everything was finished around 10:45 am. Pretty straight forward pricing; for all of my maintenance I paid just under $200. I recommend this location.

I give a grade of E+, You can generally judge the shop based on how the treat you and how they diagnose the problem. Generally a hack mechanic will not fully diagnose correctly and keep throwing parts at it until they get it working. This is what I experienced here. To John of the shop, if you dont want these type of reviews.. do better!

I took my car in to have a tire replaced after getting a flat. When I arrived for my scheduled appointment, I was told that the appointment time “doesn’t mean anything” and was only a suggested time to come in. In my experience with other service centers, they usually put the vehicle back together completely after service, including storing the spare donut tire and returning everything to its proper place. Unfortunately, Pep Boys did not do that.

Yesterday I found out I needed a new tire due to a nail and my specific tire is not made anymore. I called three places this morning at 8. Pep Boys was my last one. They had it in stock and were cheaper than the other ones. Adding to the dilemma, I started work at 9:45. Ron helped me out. Very nice! They had it ready to go by 9:20!! Thank you for such wonderful service. I will definitely come back.
